Ask AI

Get answers, summaries, and help — just by asking.

macOSWindows

The AI assistant is one of SiteQuest's handiest features. It lives inside the find bar and can analyse the page you're on.

Ask a Question

Press Ctrl+F (Windows) / Cmd+F (macOS) to open the find bar

Type your question instead of a search term

If no text matches are found on the page, click Ask AI or press Enter

The AI reads the current page content and answers your question right in the sidebar. You can ask follow-up questions to go deeper — the conversation stays in context.

Why this matters: No need to switch tabs or copy-paste. The AI already knows what page you're on.

Enhance Mode

Select any text on an editable field (text box, comment field, editor) and right-click to choose Enhance. The AI opens a bottom sheet where you can:

  • Rewrite for clarity — make muddy writing crisp
  • Adjust the tone — switch from casual to professional, or vice versa
  • Shorten or expand — trim rambling text or flesh out an outline
  • Translate it
  • Fix spelling and grammar
  • Use quick tags (type /) for instant common transformations

Append or replace: Once the AI generates enhanced text, you can either Append it after your cursor or Replace the entire field content. This means you keep full control over what goes where.

Why this matters: Instead of jumping to a separate AI tool, copying text back and forth, Enhance works right where you're typing. It saves seconds per use, which adds up fast.

Shortcut: Press Ctrl+Q (Windows) / Cmd+Q (macOS) to open Enhance with copied text.

The AI is context-aware — it knows what page you're on and can tailor its answers accordingly.
